Terms of Service

web3radar is a third-party informational service. It aggregates publicly-reported security incidents on blockchain protocols, normalises them into a stable schema, and presents them through a website, public API, RSS feed, and optional email / Slack / Telegram / Discord alerts. It is not a security audit, not a financial advisory, and not an official record of any project's security status.

The service is currently in beta. Data is sourced from public reports and verified by editorial review, but coverage is best-effort, the schema may evolve, and individual records may be updated, retracted, or corrected as investigations progress. Attribution language is intentional and conservative; we use phrases like "monitored", "hardened", and "defense-in-depth" rather than "secure" or "bug-free", and we apply the same caution to chains we describe as having no known incidents. Nothing on web3radar — including incident summaries, loss figures, validator information, or chain reputation — constitutes investment, trading, staking, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions regarding any protocol, validator, or asset. Past security history is not predictive of future security.

You may read the dashboard, query the public API within published rate limits (100 req/h per IP for the free tier; higher on the Pro tier), subscribe to alerts, share OG card URLs, and embed the Atom feed in aggregators. You may not:

• Circumvent or attack the rate limits, authentication, or paid-tier gating.
• Scrape data at scale outside the published API.
• Submit fabricated incidents, fake chain requests, or otherwise pollute editorial review.
• Use Stakecito's name, brand marks, or the web3radar service to misrepresent affiliation.
• Republish incident data in ways that strip CC-BY-4.0 attribution (see §6).

Pro tier subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Pricing and the included features are listed at /pricing. You may cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal accessed at /account. Cancellation revokes Pro features at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. Verified Stakecito delegators may obtain Pro free of charge per the eligibility criteria on the account page.

Incident data published on web3radar is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0). You may share, adapt, and republish it for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give credit to "web3radar (a Stakecito offering)" and link back to the source URL on web3radar.stakecito.com.

Hack and chain submissions via /submit and /request-chain are editorial inputs, not direct publications. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge, you grant Stakecito a non-exclusive license to review, edit, and publish the submitted content as an incident or chain record under the same CC-BY-4.0 license, and you accept that editorial may reject, rewrite, or never publish your submission. Submissions are not confidential.

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakecito disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Alerts may be delayed, missed, or sent in error. Editorial may publish, update, or retract incidents based on new information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakecito and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds Stakecito liable notwithstanding the foregoing, total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Stakecito in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

We may modify these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes when we do. Material changes (anything affecting pricing, data licensing, or the warranties above) will additionally be notified to paid subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over Stakecito's registered office.
